The following is the same bead with with the flash on, and the second taken without flash in natural daylight coming through the window. Neither of the pictures is really true to the real thing. Photographing the beads is still the biggest challenge for me (well the biggest challenge after the bead is actually finished).
I am going to go to an evening course later this month, with a professional photographer, to see if I can do anything to improve the situation.
So in the meantime, you get what you get :-)
hello there, a colleague purchased 6 of your beads last week that she asked me to make into a necklace. May i respectfully suggest you look into a 'pop up photo booth to eliminate shadows and shine. Hopefully going to meet you on Thursday.
